This multi-country report presents findings from a qualitative study conducted in Lebanon, Jordan, Türkiye, Greece, and Switzerland on survival strategies and health repercussions in contexts of forced displacement, with a focus on transactional sex. Based on in-depth interviews and focus group discussions, the report documents lived experiences across diverse contexts and examines implications for health, protection, and access to services. The findings aim to contribute to ongoing policy and practice discussions by strengthening the evidence base on transactional sex in forced displacement settings.
